The properties of cherry pollen:

It is rich in vitamin C, which helps to limit fatigue but also in vitamins B2 and B3 which contribute to the normal maintenance of hair and nails.

It is also rich in Zinc which is a trace element contributing to the normal maintenance of the skin.

It is also rich in vitamin B9 (folic acid) which is very important, especially at the time of conception and early pregnancy. It is a key factor in cell division and affects the development of the embryo's nervous system.

Directions:

One large spoon (12g) of fresh frozen cherry pollen.

Pollen can be eaten pure or sprinkled on a fruit salad, yogurt or muesli.

Fresh pollen is a raw, living, very complete and complex food that degrades very quickly in the air and at room temperature. The exclusive process patented by Pollenergie consists of freezing pollen as soon as it is harvested and packaging it under a protective atmosphere. Fresh pollen can thus travel at room temperature for more than 7 days before being safely refrozen to guarantee its full nutritional potential. Store in the freezer between -15° and -18° C.
