Properties of willow plum bee pollen:

Consumed regularly, fresh willow plum bee pollen helps to nourish the macula (the central area of the retina at the back of the eye).  It contains lutein and zeaxantine which are the main constituents of the macular pigment. A diet rich in these two carotenoids helps prevent ocular and retinal aging. Naturally rich in vitamins C and E, fruit willow pollen also helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Because of its great nutritional richness, both in terms of micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) and macronutrients (vegetable proteins), willow plum bee pollen is particularly suitable for people over 50 years of age.

Directions:

Take a large spoon (12g) of frozen fresh willow bee pollen at breakfast.

It can be eaten alone or sprinkled on a fruit salad, yogurt or muesli.

Fresh pollen is a raw, living, very complete and complex food that degrades very quickly in the air and at room temperature. The exclusive process patented by Pollenergie consists of freezing pollen as soon as it is harvested and packaging it under a protective atmosphere. Fresh pollen can thus travel at room temperature for more than 7 days before being safely refrozen to guarantee its full nutritional potential. Store in the freezer between -15° and -18° C.
