What should I do if my payment is declined?
Payment checks are carried out by our Banque Populaire banking interface. This is a computer and automatic procedure. Your bank may not agree within minutes of the settlement being validated, which may result in reservations or even refusals to accept payment (even if your balance is positive). In this case, your order will automatically be cancelled from your www.chezlesabeilles.com account, and we suggest that you check with your bank for your online payment acceptance terms.
Is the payment secure?
In order to guarantee optimal security, we use the Cyber Plus Payment system, a specialist in secure online payment. Your bank details are encrypted on your computer and then transmitted securely to authorization servers where the data is then verified with your bank, in order to avoid abuse and fraud.
We never have access to confidential payment method information. During transfers via the Internet, this information is encrypted, so it is impossible to read it: nothing transits in clear on the web!
Once the payment is validated, the bank details are destroyed. This is why your bank details are requested with every order.
I haven't received my invoice.
Your invoice is not sent to you by mail, but you can view and print it by going to the "my account" section, then clicking on the "order history" button and more precisely on the order concerned. Your invoice is available there as soon as your package is shipped.
