It is a synergistic nutritional complex with a vegetable protein content comparable to that of beef and a complete and balanced aminogram (all 8 amino acids are present). It is rich in vitamin E which helps protect cells against oxidative stress and in vitamin C which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous and immune systems.

‎Based on this observation and its knowledge of frozen fresh pollen, Aristée decided to develop NUTRIPOLLEN, a combination of 3 pollens: ‎

‎Fresh Hawthorn Pollen, rich in vegetable proteins;‎
‎Fresh Willow Pollen, exceptional nutritional density;‎
‎Fresh Cistus Pollen, rich in lactic ferments.‎

Directions:

‎A large spoon (12 g) of fresh frozen pollen during breakfast.

It can be eaten alone or sprinkled on a fruit salad, yogurt or muesli. For a protein and vegetarian food rebalancing, we recommend consuming 3 tablespoons at breakfast and 3 tablespoons at lunch.‎

‎‎A tray of 250 g corresponds to 3 weeks of use at the rate of one tablespoon per day.‎

‎Fresh pollen is a raw, living, very complete and complex food that degrades very quickly in the air and at room temperature. The exclusive process patented by Pollenergie consists of freezing pollen as soon as it is harvested and packaging it under a protective atmosphere. Fresh pollen can thus travel at room temperature for more than 7 days before being safely refrozen to guarantee its full nutritional potential. ‎‎Store in the freezer between -15° and -18° C‎‎.‎
