Properties of willow bee pollen:

Directions:

Take a large spoon (12g) of frozen fresh willow  bee pollen at breakfast.

It can be eaten pure or sprinkled on a fruit salad, yogurt or muesli.

Fresh pollen is a raw, living, very complete and complex food that degrades very quickly in the air and at room temperature. The exclusive process patented by Pollenergie consists of freezing pollen as soon as it is harvested and packaging it under a protective atmosphere. Fresh pollen can thus travel at room temperature for more than 7 days before being safely refrozen to guarantee its full nutritional potential. Store in the freezer between -15° and -18° C.
